'Teach'athon at the Secondary School focused on teaching students to use technology and artificial intelligence responsibly.

Alissa Sanders was born and raised in Los Angeles, California. She has collaborated with musicians in Ethiopia, India, Israel, Brazil, Senegal, and Mali for Finding My Voice: a project that seeks to use the voice for authentic self-expression, empowerment, and connecting to musicians and cultures throughout Africa and its Diaspora, re-establishing the ancestral ties that connect us through time and across continents.

Did you know that BBS is the only school in Berlin offering Leistungskurs Art in English? Well done to Mr Greaves and all the teachers in the background helping to make this possible!

Every year we have a week run dedicated to an ecological topic. This year’s focus was „the bee“. Especially in our primary school, our students learned about making honey, insects and bees as well as the week included many fun outings, like to the Naturkundemuseum of Berlin. However, this did not stop grade 8a who used the packaging of UHT milk cartons from the staff kitchen to learn about drypoint etching technique.
